Dr. Evil outlines his five-point evil plan for running for Congress

The midterm elections are truly upon us, with would-be politicians making last-minute moves to try and win your vote.

One such campaigner is Dr. Evil, Mike Myers’ diabolical villain from the Austin Powers movies, who, after being fired from the Trump administration, talked Jimmy Fallon through his five-point plan to run for Congress.

They’re truly evil plans, like increasing the amount of seconds before you can skip a YouTube ad from five to eight seconds, or changing the national anthem to the “Baby Shark Dance”.
