Nope, the Tide Pod challenge isn’t going away any time soon, especially when alcohol is involved.
One bar in New York City had a dream of taking the meme trend, make it not kill people, and even get people drunkBarcelona Bar has begun selling Tide Pod shots (without the detergent).
The Barcelona-style shot bar is known for their extensive list of themed shots inspired by pop culture, so it’s no surprise that one of the biggest (and dangerous) challenges is offered by them in liquid form.

President Trump has been pretty quiet on Twitter lately. Maybe he’s turned a corner? Maybe this is the presidential pivot? Maybe the White House staff hid his phone?
Well, he broke that illusion Thursday morning when he once again tweeted a blatant lie, one that is easily disproven.
Thank you for all of the nice compliments and reviews on the State of the Union speech. 45.6 million people watched, the highest number in history@FoxNews beat every other Network, for the first time ever, with 11.7 million people tuning in. Delivered from the heart!

Fan images from set of 'Game of Thrones' Season 8 possibly reveal devastating spoiler
February 1, 2018This post contains potential spoilers for the upcoming Game of Thrones Season 8
Game of Thrones fans made a gut-wrenching discovery at the Belfast set of Winterfell Castle — and we’re shook to the core by what it could mean for Season 8.
Several images surfaced Tuesday showing Winterfell engulfed in flames. The fires, it seems, are emanating from both inside and outside the castle — which means the castle will have little hope of surviving to be more than pile of rubble. And the whole thing feels like an icy stab in the heart.
We’re not linking to the pictures, but imagine they look like this artistic rendering Mashable drew up. Read more…

February 1, 2018Nearly one month since Logan Paul came under fire for posting a severely insensitive vlog of Japan’s “suicide forest,” the YouTube star is opening up to discuss what he’s learned from a “horrible lapse of judgement.”
In his first interview since the backlash, Paul spoke to Good Morning America’s Michael Strahan Thursday to apologize once again to his viewers and share his thoughts on all the criticism he’s received.
“Things obviously changed pretty drastically and quickly,” Paul said explaining to Strahan he originally planned to go camping for a night and shoot a fun vlog in the forest. Instead, Paul stumbled upon a person that died by suicide, whom he filmed and included in his video. Read more…

My iPhone, normally the quotidian keeper of grocery lists and Fitbit stats, has lately begun to feel like a sprawling self-help library. The transformation began a few weeks ago, when I decided to test several meditation and mindfulness apps in order to share with you, dear reader, tips and insights from my experiment
At first I felt giddy. I’d downloaded seven different apps that promised, in one way or another, to bring me closer to my best self. I was just days into 2018 and suddenly had access to dozens of meditation sessions that spanned the self-improvement spectrum. Feeling distracted? Here, try this 10-session course on productivity. Not sleeping well? You definitely need to unwind with a guided body scan. Suffering from burnout? There’s a meditation (or 100) for you Read more…
