Would you buy these $15 period brownies?

Eating chocolate during your period is one of those tropes I just don’t understand. How am I supposed to eat chocolate while I am busy sobbing at a commercial for soup? 

But those who are members of the period chocolate community might be interested in these new treats from Washington bakery Moon Cycle, which the company is launching on Dec. 15 after enjoying some well-deserved success on Kickstarter.

Basically, users will download the app and create a profile with their dietary restrictions and also their “favorite rituals.” From there, it functions kind of like a normal period tracker (Clue, Eve, etc.), with one exception: you get a parcel of treats. Read more…
