The pastels, the stripes, the audacity of wearing white to a Halloween party where the punch is bright red! Even when she’s hard at work exposing a government cover-up, Nancy’s sweater game is always on point.

This Halloween costume takes the holiday to a new and meaningful level.

Deepica Mutyala used the spooky holiday to create an original take on Wonder Woman, combining her culture with an inspiring and strong female character and encouraging others to “find parts of your identity, your culture, your personality and fuse them with anything YOU want to be – make it your own.”

Halloween may be over but these two photos will continue to haunt us for the next three years:

On Tuesday the White House released official portraits of President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence. As the portraits circled around social media, the internet seized an opportunity to make a few minor edits. 

Can’t imagine we’ll be seeing any of these hung in federal buildings anytime soon.

The only secret ingredient of wizardy used in the making of this project was community. 

For Halloween, Jonathan Chambers of Seattle, Washington, created his very own Diagon Alley – a famous location in the Harry Potter franchise – and now American wizards can visit.   

The father of two got the inspiration from one of his daughters, who suggested the enchanted place and he began planning as soon as possible to put it up in the city’s Ballard neighborhood.

Can we pause on the burger emoji debate for a second? People in Ukraine want a different dish to get some emoji love. 

The people behind Ukraine’s official Twitter account want to create an emoji for borscht—a traditional sour soup made from beetroot, carrot, celery, potato, onion and garlic.
