'Marvel's Runaways' premiered at New York Comic Con and fans are in love

Fans who stayed out late to see the New York Comic Con panel for Marvel’s Runaways got a treat on Friday night, when the Hulu premiered the series’ first episode on the main stage in front of a packed audience. 

The response was rapturous, and it was clear that there were plenty of comic book fans in attendance since there were gasps and cheers in all the right places when the series paid homage to its source material.

We won’t spoil the surprises for you, just in case Marvel’s S.H.I.E.L.D. agents hunt us down, but viewers familiar with Brian K. Vaughan and Adrian Alphona’s comics will be very happy with how the series begins. Read more…
