Twitch now has four women in its seven-person C-suite

Ok, Twitch!

The video game streaming service Twitch announced on Friday three new leadership hires. And with the addition of three new female executives, Twitch’s team of C-level executives has just become majority women. 

Now, four out of seven of Twitch’s chief executives are female — which is not something you see every day in the good ol’ tech industry.

According to Fortune, Twitch hired Katrina Jones as chief of diversity and inclusion, Sudarshana Rangachary as chief human resources officer, and Michelle Weaver as chief financial officer. Jones’ diversity and inclusion role is a new one for the Amazon-owned company.  Read more…
