In the run-up to GDPR, the European Union’s new data privacy directive (which goes into effect Friday), people across the internet have been bombarded with emails and pop-ups from brands disclosing updates to their terms of service. 

Of course, this means there have also been a lot of memes on the subject. Here’s a personal favorite:
