Even the idea of dropping your phone into a storm drain is a nightmare. Take heart, though: should this horror ever happen to you, you may just need to get creative.

Here’s, uh, one idea: In a Reddit post on Monday, user 1minatur shared the highly innovative way their sister’s friend retrieved a lost phone. Long story short, they ended up outsourcing the job… to a small, storm drain-sized kid.
