School shooting documentary about the Parkland students is coming to Freeform

Freeform will look back at the effects of the brutal shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fl. with the documentary For Our Lives: Parkland.

The hour-long documentary will catch up with the heroic students who have been campaigning for gun control ever since a gunman opened fire in their schoolFor Our Lives is a joint production between ABC News’ Nightline and youth network Freeform.

Freeform explained the production partnership in a press release, writing that “The impactful messages conveyed in the special are integral to Freeform’s identity, which continues to set itself apart from other content platforms by delivering stories that energize and empower young adults to celebrate the power of possibility and inclusivity.” Read more…
