'Avengers: Infinity War' is the longest MCU movie, obviously

Are you ready to spend close to three hours watching the various heroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe compete to see who can punch Thanos the hardest?

The runtime of Avengers: Infinity War has been revealed by no less an official source than Fandango, and here it is: two hours and 36 minutes (or 156 minutes). Scratch maybe ten minutes off that number if you’re a monster who skips credit rolls.

Infinity War takes the crown as Marvel’s longest movie to date, unseating the previous winner, Captain America: Civil War. 

It makes senseInfinity War is poised to bring together all the various plot threads set up over the course of 18 previous MCU films, dating all the way back to 2008’s Iron Man.
