Drake gives away almost a million dollars in the new 'God's Plan' music video

The total came to $996,631.90. That’s how much Drake’s budget was to produce the visuals for “God’s Plan.” Instead of an elaborate set or lighting, the Canadian rapper took to the streets of Miami with Director X and Karena Evans for a video unlike anything we’ve ever seen.

If you’ve been following his moves over the past few weeks, you know that he’s been giving away money and filming at high schools. All of that has finally culminated into a wholesome, teary display of generosity from the 6 god as he gives away thousands of dollars to students and families, provides shopping sprees for grocery store attendants and teenage girls—oh, and buys cars for some excited folks.
