Behold the millennial dream: pink cheese that tastes like Prosecco

Millennial pink’s not dead. But it is cheesy.

The Great British Cheese Company has released a new pink Wensleydale with a red rind and a decidedly trendy aesthetic. The cheese is flavored with raspberry and Prosecco and is, according to the company, “a treat for anybody with a sweet tooth.”

Since Wensleydale has a famously fresh and mild taste, adding some sweet fruit flavor and  Prosecco sharpness actually sounds pretty delicious. And that color combo? Straight off the Glossier Instagram.
