This couple started dating thanks to a tweet and now they're engaged

You know what they say: first comes the DM, then comes marriage …

That’s what happened to Madison O’Neill, 20, and Charlie Dohrmann, 21. The couple, who are both from Des Moines, Iowa, knew each other from high school, but not on a personal level. 

That all changed the day O’Neill tweeted asking if anyone was interested in being her date to a wedding.

Dohrmann responded via direct message, telling her he was would go.
