Jimmy Kimmel got emotional on Monday night when talking about his hometown, Las Vegas, which just suffered a mass shooting that left 59 people dead.
“I want this to be a comedy show,” he said. “I hate talking about this.” He later added, “It feels like someone has opened a window into hell.”
In a teary, heartbreaking segment, he implored politicians to pass gun control measures, shamed the NRA, and thanked police officers and concert goers who risked their lives protecting others. Read more…
