Boyfriend of the Year swaps shoes with girlfriend whose heels were hurting her

A man’s seemingly chivalrous gesture is heating up discussion on Chinese social media.

Pictures of the man wearing his girlfriend’s pink heels started circulating on Weibo, after a user named Xie posted them.

Xie told the local papers [link in Chinese] that they were at a hospital, and the girlfriend was waiting to see the doctor. He had been wearing black sandals, and it appears that they swapped shoes because she found hers uncomfortable.
