AMC takes on 'Pokémon Go' in freaky new 'The Walking Dead: Our World' game teaser

With massive fan bases dedicated to both The Walking Dead and augmented reality mobile gaming, The Walking Dead: Our World is sure to garner a massive following. 

Next Games has partnered with AMC Games to bring walkers and all of your favorite zombie hunting characters from screen to sidewalk. The game will be available on iOS and Android starting July 12, but you can preregister now. 

Only time will tell if this IRL zombie hunt will be able to compete with Pokémon Go and the up-and-coming AR wizarding world, Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. 

Either way, we guarantee public spaces are going to get a lot weirder as location-based AR gaming continues to ramp up. Read more…
