Spyro the dragon returns in 'Spyro Reignited Trilogy'

Spyro is coming back this September in Spyro Reignited Trilogy, a remaster of the first three games of the beloved series.

Spyro Reignited Trilogy is giving a high-definition makeover to Spyro the dragon and his first three games from 1998, 1999, and 2000: Spyro the Dragon, Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage!, and Spyro: Year of the Dragon. The collection will be arriving Sept. 21 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for $39.99.

The Spyro series stars the iconic purple dragon Spyro who travels through worlds of varied environments collecting treasures, defeating evildoers, rescuing his buddies, and telling jokes. The main series ran from 1998 to 2008 and then spun-off into the Skylanders series. Read more…
